Premium Wedding Package (Good for 30 persons, 9 Rooms + use of Garden Function area and Dining room)

Package Inclusions :

3 Days and 2 Nights for 30pax.
Breakfast for 30pax.
Use of garden for Wedding function.
Maximum of 16 children ages 9 and below are free of charge, using existing beds and exclusive of breakfast.
Complimentary Sweetest Suite room for the couple on the second night.
Complimentary bottle of Champagne or Wine for couple.
Complimentary use of the hotel & garden for pre-nuptial photos and snacks for 4pax.
Complimentary late check-out for 1 rooms up until 10:00pm

Notes :

Extra Person charge is Php 1300.00/pax (inclusive of breakfast).
Children below 10 yrs old is free of charge (exclusive of breakfast and extra bed).
10% discount on extra night.
10% discount on massage services.
Package is not conjunction with other promos or discounts.
Garden can only accommodate up to 50-60pax for convenient seating.
Garden function includes 4 hours of ingress and egress, and 4 hours of main event. Extra ingress or egress hours are subject to approval and additional fees. Extension fee of Php1,200.00nett shall be charged.
External caterers and suppliers are welcome. With Corkage Fee on any food supplier or alcohol served.
Guest will be liable for any damages caused by their suppliers.

Reservations :

Rooms are pencil booked and will be blocked upon settlement of the reservation fee.
Guest must return the signed function quotation via email to confirm booking.

Payment Terms and Cancellations:

Reservation fee of Php10,000.00 upon confirmation of the function quotation.
50% Down payment of the total package to be paid within 2 weeks after payment of the reservation fee.
Remaining balance, less the reservation fee, to be settled 5 days prior to the function date.
Security deposit of Php3,000.00 must be paid in cash at the Front Desk upon check-in. Security deposit is refundable upon check-out should there be no damages on hotel property caused by guest/supplier.
Fees are inclusive of VAT and Service Charge.
Reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation made more than 5 days prior to check-in date shall be charged 20% of the total package, exclusive of the reservation fee.
Cancellation made 5 days or less prior to check-in date shall be charged 50% of the total package, exclusive of the reservation fee.
Refund checks shall be issued not earlier than 7 banking days after cancellation of booking.
